As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to guests, ensuring professionalism and courtesy from team members at all times.
- Resolving guest conflicts promptly and to their complete satisfaction, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
- Assisting employees with service tasks, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring adherence to health and safety practices.
- Leading and motivating a team of Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members to exceed customer expectations.
- Hiring and training employees, fostering a culture of respect, kindness, and fairness among staff and guests alike.
- Monitoring financial performance, completing reports, and following cash handling procedures accurately.
