Teacher's Aide

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our educational team for the summer months. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in various educational settings, including those with autism and special needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of children in a supportive learning environment. This position will work with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Assist students with individualized learning needs, including behavior management
- Provide one-on-one support to students to enhance their learning experience
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess some of the following skills and experiences:
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or toddler care settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development
- Familiarity with special education practices and techniques
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

While this position is a temporary position for the Summer, there is the opportunity for the right candidate to work into a permanent position.
