We have a part-time opportunity to be a key part of an administrative team that supports a dynamic group of therapists who provide in-home support for children with disabilities and their families. As the Administrative Data Assistant, you will perform varied data input, research, and administrative support functions. This position offers hybrid remote work with the availability to report to our Westbrook office as needed.
Hours: M-F 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will be a highly detail-oriented person with strong computer skills who is committed to high-quality, accurate, and useful data. Skills in effective problem-solving, decision making and analyzing and interpreting data will be key to success in this position.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
· Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
· 1-3 years of experience in office administration and working knowledge of office equipment required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Outlook & Excel
· Must be over 21 and possess a valid Connecticut driver’s license with an acceptable driving history as defined by SARAH Inc. policy
· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
