Summary of Position: The Saratoga Hospital Foundation is seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Content Coordinator. This role is pivotal in supporting both the Foundation and the hospital by creating and implementing impactful content across various mediums. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for storytelling, exceptional graphic design skills, and a strategic understanding of digital marketing.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Provide content and creative support for fundraising campaigns and events, including creating promotional materials, digital assets, and multimedia content. Collaborate closely with the Foundation team to ensure campaign objectives are met effectively.
  • Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe InDesign and other design software to produce high-quality materials, including flyers, advertisements, appeals, and collateral for campaigns and events. Ensure all materials align with the organization's branding guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
  • Social Media Coordination: Support the management and maintenance of the Foundation and Hospital’s social media presence across platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Support implementation of Foundation and hospital social media calendar through development of engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to increase donor and brand awareness and engagement.
  • Website Management: Assist in the management and updates of the Foundation and Hospital websites, including the creation of landing pages for campaigns through CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website content for an optimal user experience and search engine visibility.
  • Print and Giveaway Production: Oversee the production of print materials, including banners, signage, and event materials, as well as giveaway orders for internal stakeholders. Liaise with external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality print materials.
  • Internal TV Displays: Create visually compelling content for internal TV displays within the hospital, including announcements, event promotions, and donor recognition. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency.
  • E-Blasts: Develop and execute e-mail marketing campaigns, including the creation of e-blasts and newsletters. Segment email lists, design templates, and analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Publications: Support the production of Foundation and hospital publications such as newsletters, annual reports, and magazines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather content and imagery, design layouts, and coordinate printing and distribution processes.
  • Event support: Assist with creation and maintenance of Foundation and hospital events for online registration and promotion, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related study required. One to five years minimum related experience preferred. Computer graphic design proficiency required. Website CMS competency.

Salary Range: $24.63 - $43.31

Pay Grade: J5

Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to: overall experience and qualifications, shift, and location.
