Saratoga Ninja Lab is an interactive gym for kids - we make it fun for kids to develop motor skills, sport skills, fitness and coordination. We run open gyms, classes, and birthday parties for children ages 5 and up. Coaches lead and assist participants through our ninja courses. We are looking for ninja managers with super positive, high energy, and outgoing personalities. Experience as a personal trainer, coach, or teacher is not necessary but is a definite plus. Experience working with children and large groups is strongly recommended. One weekend day/weekend is required. Night time and weekend hours are a necessity. Ninja warrior/parkour background not required but a big plus.
Manager duties:
- Assist Head Ninja Coach in teaching safe and fun classes, camps, and/or open Gym
- Maintain office. Spend time at front desk answering calls and voicemails
- Become proficient with MindBody system and be comfortable with registration, check in, & payments
- Supervise day to day operations of Saratoga Ninja Lab
- Resolve issues & complaints pertaining to ninja training from customers
- Ensure the customers are given high quality services and assistance as needed
- Maintain inventory (Clothes, drinks, chalk, birthday supplies, etc.)
- Complete paperwork accident/incident reports
- Hold CPR & First Aid certification
- Complete Online Safe Sport Training or equivalent
- Help ensure that Ninja equipment is kept in good working condition
- Ensure Ninja facility is maintained clean, safe, and orderly
- Work with General Managerto ensure that staff follows Saratoga Ninja Lab’s procedures and policies
