What You’ll Do:

• Create and Conceptualize: Develop visually appealing, on-brand, and authentic content that captivates and engages our audience.
• Plan Ahead: Design and manage monthly content calendars for all our social channels.
• Campaign Development: Craft compelling social media campaigns that support our brand marketing initiatives, highlight new product launches, and offer retailer support.
• Engage with the Community: Monitor and manage comments and messages, ensuring we maintain a lively and responsive online presence.
• Drive Growth: Utilize your expertise to proactively increase social traffic, growth, and engagement across all our channels.
• Analyze and Optimize: Leverage tools like Facebook Business, Facebook Ad Manager, and Google Analytics to monitor key metrics and enhance performance.
• Audience Builder: Use your proven track record to grow and retain our social media audiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in content creation and social media marketing.
• Full-Time, in office position
• Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Platform Mastery: Extensive experience with and a deep understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, including their algorithms and analytics. Experience with WordPress is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail is crucial.
• Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative Thinker: The ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Design Savvy: Understanding of graphic design, photography, videography, and editing.
