JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a janitor. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing floors, offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas.

Job Duties:

  • Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed
  • Manage routine up-keep of exterior areas, green space and parking lots
  • Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
  • Remove garbage and recycling daily
  • Ensure supply rooms are maintained and fully equipped.
  • Troubleshoot issues when problems arise


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous janitorial experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Willingness to work early morning (5 AM Start)
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to take direction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
