About the job
We’re looking for a Consulting Engagement Manager to join our team to work with our Nordic Financial Services team. As an Engagement Manager, you will work with our largest customers in the Nordics, to drive change and support our customers as they face the next generation of opportunities and challenges
You will establish and build broad relationships with key stakeholders, become their trusted advisor for strategic business service initiatives and bring the necessary domain and SAS expertise to the benefits of our clients.
As a Consulting Engagement Manager you will:
- Establish ongoing, strong relationships with customers to manage expectations and support long term partnerships to drive a roadmap of services and delivery
- Develop proposals and value propositions for Professional Services engagements from inception through delivery for new and upgraded services
- Orchestrate diverse teams of specialists to ensure service sales engagements (presentations, demos, workshops, RFPs, PoCs) are planned and executed with high quality and client value focus
- Manage services related revenue target including opportunity pipeline/funnel development and management and forecasting signed services revenue and resource requirements for proposed services engagements
- Maintain an individual training plan on key SAS technology and solutions together with an awareness of current services capabilities and offers as well as create new offers that address customer requirements
Required qualifications:
- Experience and ability to initiate and lead projects coupled with the ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently
- Experience in strategic sales techniques and able to analyse and evaluate territory dynamics to develop and implement a sales plan
- Experience from business development, strategy, and execution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish language
- Experience from consultative approaches to realize business value
- Experience from successfully leading heterogeneous teams (manager experience not needed)
- Evidence and a solid ambition to continuously learn and apply new knowledge
- Evidence of personal energy, taking ownership of driving actions to results
