Position Summary: Take the lead and be accountable for meeting Operational Planning performance objectives. Optimize planning and inventory control in accordance with Satair's objectives and strategies. Drive improvements for assigned area. Provide support to HO in terms of functional leadership to the team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the governance with regards to Operational Planning related to operational and financial performance from target proposal
- Handle follow-up and improvement of Satair's ability to deliver to customers, and closely monitor that the suppliers conform
- Lead and document team meetings as needed
- Cooperate with the Product leads across all product lines regarding development/maintenance of the product selection and stocking levels
- Ensure optimum cooperation with team AS0 colleagues to drive team collaboration
- Ensure alignment amongst the team on critical topics
- Support business case activities as needed
- Review and collaborate with the functional POD to ensure process deviations are captured into Symbio

- In agreement with the management, participate in and plan external and internal visits with suppliers

- Keep the direct report informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areas

- Identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency
- Be well informed about and familiar with the latest developments in Satair's business

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
Education:

Experience:
- 3 years supply chain or related experience
Licensure/Certifications:

Professional Skills:
- Engineering / Economic Degree or Supply Chain Management / Logistics background
- Good numeracy skills
- Working knowledge of English, both orally and in writing
- PC literacy, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Familiar with work related routines in Satair's transaction systems
- Product knowledge, particularly within own product area
