Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Specialist to join our team and support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Blue Yonder WMS platform, including its configuration, integration, and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the Blue Yonder WMS system to meet the needs of the warehouse operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the WMS platform
- Develop and implement new WMS features and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the WMS with other warehouse systems and tools
- Train and support end-users on the WMS platform, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the WMS system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to warehouse management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience working with the Blue Yonder WMS platform
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices
- Excellent technical and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with integrating WMS with other warehouse systems and tools is a plus
