Job Description
Key Qualifications:
- Experience implementing, or migrating to a new cybersecurity training platform for thousands of users across multiple departments, with varying user access levels and scope of visibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing for and conducting webinars to medium and large-sized audiences.
- Experience managing projects that involve and impact thousands of employees across multiple departments in a large organization
- Experience running successful educational and marketing campaigns for thousands of followers.
- Experience developing and maintaining a variety of educational resources that include, but are not limited to: websites, streaming videos, surveys, and any other tools, materials, or techniques used to support access to knowledge
- Experience working with junior-level staff resources to complete projects and tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Key deliverables include:
- Citywide cybersecurity awareness program projects that include:
- Phishing Exercises, Newsletters, Webinars, and Cybersecurity Training.
- Cybersecurity Awareness Month event plans and activities
- Cybersecurity Training Platform Migration
- Cybersecurity Awareness Program Plan for 2024
