Description
Sauers Snow and Ice management division headquartered in Bucks County is seeking seasonal part time administrative help during the months of November through March to assist in client invoicing and accounts payable after winter weather events, with the potential of a regular part time employment based on performance. Training can begin as early as September. Must have flexible hours. Majority of the work can be done remotely.
• Use company software to collect information during snow events from account managers and service providers in the field.
• Transfer collected information to Quickbooks
• Create billing for clients and payables for service providers.
• Cross-reference that all receivables and payables transferred into Quickbooks correctly.
• Communicate with all levels of the company from the team in the field up to the executive team when needed.
• Follow this process for all snow events throughout the season.
• Performs other duties as business needs require
Requirements
The salary range for this job is $15 - $17 an hour.
