Operations Manager

Must have contract understanding and execution Possess effective communication skills with customers, team members and business associates, treating all with professionalism and care. Must be hands on, hardworking-self-starter, with mechanical and technical aptitude Manage and maintain customer relationships Manage hiring, training, leadership and team building of operation Manage safety & environmental issues, professionalism & cleanliness of operation Planning & productivity (effective utilization of people and equipment) Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities; project management Responsible for profit and loss, budgeting, planning and projecting Must understand and commit to the Savage Safety Specialist Program Must understand and commit to the Savage System Ability to multi-task in any or all of these areas Ability to travel on occasion Basic understanding of material handling facilities and equipment including the associated components and maintenance thereof Experience with project management and/or engineering. Here are some of the physical requirements for this role: The person should be in good physical condition.  Some of the work will be outdoors working alongside field personnel, climbing stairs, ladders, and on and off material handling equipment
