Position Summary:
The successful candidate must be team-oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, and have a passion for detail to ensure the handling of coke in our customer’s facility. This person will lead the planning.

Set an example of high integrity and fair treatment of others

Effective utilization of the “Safety Specialist” program as a tool for accomplishing the safety goals of the operation and for developing future leadership
Development of a business plan and execution of the plan including budgeting, projecting and cost management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Leadership with the ability to solve problems and make decisions both individually and in a team environment
Understands maintenance of equipment and maintenance management

Must understand and commit to the Savage System
Ability to multi-task in any or all of these areas
Ability to travel on occasion
Basic understanding of material handling facilities and equipment including the associated components and maintenance thereof
Experience with project management and/or engineering.
