Primary Function:
This position is responsible for the implementation and oversight of a comprehensive District’s engagement strategy with internal and external stakeholders including staff, community, business, and with a particular emphasis on engaging families as essential partners. This person will be a strategic thinker capable of reaching diverse audience through innovative engagement practice. This role includes supervisory duties and will manage a team of individuals whose primary functional duties include direct engagement with parents, business, volunteers, and community organizations that will strengthen the District’s strategic goals and partnerships.

Incumbents will be considered “at will.” Appropriate pay will be determined based on Grade A-2 and allowable experience as determined by Human Resources. The work calendar will be 250-days. EXEMPT New 01-2024
