Maintenance Assistance
Duties as Assigned by Maitenance Director may include:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and logic controllers.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with facilities maintenance, such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Assist with facility specific audits
Skills:
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience working with electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and logic controllers.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer service skills to interact with residents and employees to address their maintenance needs.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including painting, plumbing, and carpentry.
