Assistant Innkeeper (Front Desk/Housekeeping)
The Assistant Innkeeper Position combines the duties of Front Desk and Housekeeping as needed. As the first point of contact for our guests, this position is the face of the hotel. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for taking reservations, checking guests in and out of rooms, directing calls, answering guests’ questions and concerns, etc. This is a service oriented position and requires outstanding interpersonal communication skills and friendly professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out, process payments, and handle reservations
- Answer phone calls and emails, provide information about the inn and local area
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and laundry
- Stock housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
