Responsibilities
- Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
- Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Respond to HR related inquiries
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR policy updates.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA/CFRA/PDL/FEHA/ADA/AAP/CAL-EEOC/FLSA/HIPPA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related field
- 1 year of healthcare experience in required
- HR Certification is required (i.e. aPHR)
- 5 years of HR experience required
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (BambooHR is preferred)

Salary: From $70,000.00 per year
