General Job Duties

  • Support all clinical services to enhance the quality of care provided to all patients.
  • Comply with company policies, regulatory and safety standards, and code of conduct.
  • Create and facilitate a healing environment for patients, staff, and providers.
  • Represent company interests and image to the community.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Uphold company vision and values.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Specific Clinic Duties:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of medical clinic.
  • Manage patient scheduling for clinical appropriateness and productivity.
  • Manage staff scheduling for proper coverage and support for providers.
  • Ensure coverage is provided when staff are on vacation or call out sick.
  • Lead staff training on all clinical and operational matters for quality control.
  • Complete Superbills for documentation and process thoroughly for billing.
  • Account for all medical supplies and ensure proper inventory for providers.
  • Responsible for completion of clinical charts/documentation and quality.
  • Review checkout sheets for proper documentation and referral measures.
  • Review DME log sheets for documentation and to meet or exceed set goals.
  • Ensure that all co-pay (cash) collections are logged and processed appropriately.
  • Aid in local marketing efforts with community networking and representing company.
  • Responsible for overall patient satisfaction and patient experience.
  • Ensure facility is clean and organized to deliver quality care.
  • Ensure that all required data is collected properly to preserve data integrity.
  • Submit patient and other relevant clinical data for analysis and research.
  • Manage patient flow in clinic for proper execution of a transdisciplinary model.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred. Other education and/or professional certification may be considered for substitution.
  • Three (3) years or more of related work experience in a lead or supervisory position preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is high to moderate.
