Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the operations team to ensure efficient daily business operations
- Assist with developing and implementing strategies and processes that maximize the company's productivity
- Undertakes research and compiles data from our internal systems as directed.
- Assist with project management tasks as needed from various departments (Credentialing, Contracting, Purchasing, Billing).
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the proper department
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
Qualification
- Associate’s degree and /or sufficient related work experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and understanding of purchasing procedures
- Basic knowledge of business principles and processes and office protocol
- Microsoft Operating System and Office Applications, including strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Highly effective communication skills
- Vendor relations management
- Filing and document management
- Proficient and accurate keyboard data entry
- Process improvement and documentation
- Attention to detail
- Time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Observant, analytical and attentive
