Job Summary
The payroll assistant's main responsibility is keying payroll and new hire paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Keep department organized and neat.
- Detailed oriented. All employees must be paid accurately and new hire paperwork must be complete.
- Friendly, team player, willing to help as needed.
- Dependable. Regular in person attendance is required.
- Prioritize responsibilities to complete all necessary work by end of the week.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Able to sit for long periods of time. Bend and squat for filing.
- Basic computer skills. Experience in Excel and Word a plus.
Salary : $34,000 - $43,000
