We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to assist and support the continuous growth of Savino Del Bene’s Fashion division: Fashion Distribution Services Inc.
This role will be responsible for supervising a section of a 3PL Warehouse. The ideal candidate for this role is bi-lingual (Spanish), has 3PL Warehouse Supervisory experience and is motivated to ensure operational efficiency at all times as well as supervision of Warehouse staff.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure that shipping and receiving as well as unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing is being completed by Warehouse staff.
- Ensure all work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped.
- Ensure proper Warehouse organization at all times
- Supervise and coach Warehouse staff and ensure maximum production levels
- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe at all times
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
- Responsible for using WMS (Warehouse Management System) as well as reporting functions in Excel.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy, must be able to complete inventory checks
- Must be able to complete all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
Job Requirement
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years Freight Forwarding warehouse experience
- Communication Proficiency.
- Organizational Skills.
- Ability to use WMS effectively as well as Excel
- Technical Capacity.
- Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish)
- Time Management.
- Must have good ethical standards
