Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Administrative Clerk to support our federal client onsite in Washington, DC. Candidates must be able to provide onsite support to the team, providing exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Essential Functions
- Conducting detailed analyses of broad administrative programs and processes while making recommendations for improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of work operational and organizational needs
- Addressing matters of a general nature or referring technical matters to the appropriate federal individuals
- Assisting with special studies of programs, functions, and work processes then presenting findings, options, and recommendations via briefings, reports, or project papers both orally and/or in written format to stakeholders
- Collecting, reviewing, evaluating, and interpreting data as part of the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations
- Participating in meetings to capture and summarize meeting notes and interpret outcomes and objectives
- Coordinating with internal and external contacts to prepare special reports and executive correspondences
- Arranging briefing materials, talking points, and executive summaries to be viewed and used by management
- Preparing briefing books and working closely with members of the staff to ensure management is expertly prepared for meetings and briefings
- Maintaining overall control of the assigned executive schedule
- Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Applying priorities and constraints indicated in scheduling meetings and conferences to be attended by assigned executives
- Providing principal administrative support, maintaining a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the office, performing varied management analysis assistance duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of the office to which assigned
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
Salary : $42,600 - $54,000
