SavvyMoney’s solution provides a free credit score, report, and daily monitoring. Its pre-qualification offer engine displays targeted financial offers from our financial service partners based on the user’s credit score. SavvyMoney has received a strategic investment from TransUnion, (NYSE: TRU), and has entered a partnership with several major digital banking platforms to power their credit score solutions and integrates with more than 35 digital banking platforms. SavvyMoney is poised for significant growth throughout the years ahead.
The Project Manager, Partner Solutions will be responsible for managing the implementation queue for SavvyMoney add-on products and features. Various simultaneous projects will require strategic prioritization and success will require a high level of problem-solving skills, coordination, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects from inception to completion
- Review incoming projects and schedule/assign projects to teams
- Track projects through all phases; from requests through approvals, development, and go-live to ensure the accuracy and timely execution of each deliverable
- Build and develop reports to internally communicate status updates to key stakeholders
- Act as a key central point of contact for assigned projects, including but not limited to the solution delivery and partner communication during the implementation
- Participate and lead all aspects of the implementation process
- Deliver high-quality service to partners - Tracking schedules, progress, updates, status, producing regular written and verbal reports, anticipating bottlenecks, highlighting risks, driving deliverables, and providing solutions to achieve the end goal
- Thoughtful Partner engagement: Understand when to engage, who to engage and the appropriate method for the circumstances
- Prioritize projects, adjust workflow, provide updates, and communicate critical information to relevant parties in a timely manner
- Partner with the sales team to understand required project deliverables on a granular level
- Partner with Account Managers to maintain master timelines and keep a handle on all moving pieces ensuring that deadlines are met
- Set-up and lead cross-functional project kickoffs
- Document learnings and procedures for future projects
- Optimize the creative operations process to be streamlined, effective, and efficient

Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years in technology project manager role within the financial services industry
- Exceptional project management skills
- Excellent communication, critical thinking & presentation skills
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SalesForce
- Project management software experience required, Atlassian preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
