Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. You will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Management:
- Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing goods.
- Manage warehouse staff, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment, coordinating necessary repairs.
- Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Procurement:
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure products are received and dispatched on time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, procurement, and inventory control processes.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Experience with email, text messaging, WhatsApp, and general computer literacy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
