Job Objective: Enable regional performance to operational and financial goals by driving overarching tactical execution specific to process innovation and network improvement. Regional ambassador for corporate and departmental initiatives and facilitates organizational change.

- Supervise and develop team of branch-level associates
- In alignment with Corporate and Regional management, empowered to implement process-based strategies and tactics to enhance earnings
- Provide necessary guidance for the daily activities of business process with a focus on growth, productivity, and efficiency
- Collaborate with Continuous Improvement and other Support Center teams to champion all support center projects, programs and initiatives, including a smooth integration into branch operations
- Manage execution of new processes throughout the regional network of locations
- Oversee adherence to RelaWay SOPs to ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly branch processes are being followed
- Analyze network and regional trends to identify efficiency and/or growth opportunities within region/branches and develop needed action steps to achieve
- Manage Business Operations Managers to Scorecard KPI’s to drive change or adherence when necessary
- Maintain relations between branches, regions, and centralized departments ensuring all functions communicate effectively and the business is running efficiently
- In conjunction with region and/or branch leadership works to facilitate conformance to Scorecard (KPIs) and performance at or above prior year and budget in the areas of labor & expense management, EBITDA, Flow Thru, and Safety Metrics.
- Train and validate performance of Business Operations Managers in the areas of inventory adjustments, cycle counts, physical inventories, receiving, repackaging, transfers, and other processes and procedures related to inventory management
- Develop a productive team by actively participating in hiring, training, and providing professional development
- Provide auxiliary support with technical troubleshooting (ERP/Other), internal/external disputeresolution, reporting, and/or analysis as needed
- Facilitate efficient communication between branches and finance team to maintain accuracy of accounting
- Provide regional/branch leadership with analytical support and input for each year’s annual budget
- Manage weekly forecast and analysis for projected monthly performance. Consult and inform ABM where adjustments are needed during the month to achieve budget
- Foster an environment for teambuilding and problem-solving from a people, process, and systems perspective
- Provide feedback on corporate initiatives related to regional relevance as requested
- Perform regular visits to each branch within scope to obtain feedback and foster open communication
- Supports change management by understanding location-specific nuances and ensuring buy-in toward identified operational initiatives
- Create and manage branch CAPEX investment requests through approval and execution, to emphasize liability mitigation, maximize earnings enhancement opportunities to ensure proper and timely support of business needs
- Consistent focus on sustaining a safety culture within Region
- Aid with Acquisition Integration as needed
