Event Managers are the pilots that keep our fantastic events in the sky. We're looking for Event Managers to direct all aspects of our private events at our exclusive partner venues all over the Milwaukee area! The Event Manager leads event coordination, execution and resource management.
Our Event Managers to make lots of things happen, including:
Managing all aspects of events including client and vendor activities, timelines, and layouts;
- Working closely with our culinary team, Sales Managers & Event Planners to ensure excellent customer transition from idea to contract to execution;
- Setting up, maintaining and breaking down events;
- Showing our clients that we're The Finest at all times, even when under pressure;
- Managing the organization and storage of all event equipment, decorations, etc;
- Training and overseeing event staff including serving techniques and customer service skills;
- Attending meetings and creating event-related documents
Pay for this hourly role starts at $20 for Event Managers, based on experience. A variety of positions and shifts are available to meet your schedule, but frequent evening and weekend hours are an important part of the industry!

Requirements
To be a star in this role, you'll need to master the things below.
- At least 1 year’s experience working as an event coordinator or manager, but the more experience you have, the most set for success you'll be.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and quickly resolving issues independently.
- Exemplary customer service standards. Always go the extra mile to satisfy our clients;
- Keeping calm under pressure;
- Thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Being self-motivated, highly-organized, positive with a good attention to detail;
- Working many evenings, weekends and holidays;
- Valid Driver’s License required to operate a variety of company-owned vehicles for event managers
Essential job functions include:
- Frequent travel by automobile to attend client meetings, visit sites, events etc.
- Stand or sit up to 12 hours at a time
- Climb stairs, frequently while carrying items
- Lift up to 50 lbs to chest level or above
- Communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Operate a computer to access the internet and work proficiently within a variety of software programs
