Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Podcast Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about podcasting, possess technical expertise in audio and video production, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit video podcasts to produce engaging and visually appealing content for distribution across various platforms.
• Short Form Content: Develop and produce short-form content that complements our podcasts, capturing the essence of our episodes and resonating with our audience across various digital platforms.
• Content Distribution: Assist in the distribution of podcasts across multiple platforms, including but not limited to podcast hosting sites, YouTube, and social media channels.
• Social Media Management: Support the creation and scheduling of social media content to promote podcast episodes and engage with our audience.
• Graphic Design: Create compelling and eye-catching podcast cover arts that accurately represent the content and themes of each episode, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and social media management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for podcasting and a desire to contribute creatively to our productions.
