**Job Title:** Personal Assistant with Domestic Responsibilities
**Location:** Irvine, CA - Newport Coast CA
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Salary:** $20-25 per hour to start
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to act as a liaison between our offices and home. The ideal candidate will have a strong domestic skill set, including light cleaning, organizing, inventory management, travel logistics, Amazon shopping and returns, grocery shopping, meal prepping, and serving. The role requires someone who is good with children, as the principal works from home with three young kids. Occasional weekend availability is also desired.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a liaison between multiple offices and the principal's home, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and comfortable living environment.
- Manage home inventory, including pantry and household supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized.
- Handle travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and arranging transportation.
- Conduct online shopping tasks, including placing orders on Amazon, managing returns, and tracking deliveries.
- Perform grocery shopping duties, ensuring the household is supplied with necessary food items.
- Assist with meal preparation, including planning menus, prepping ingredients, and serving meals.
- Provide childcare support when the principal is working from home, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for the children.
- Be available for occasional weekend duties as required.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on domestic responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
