Your Next Career Opportunity – Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator

This position is responsible for analyzing, researching, and resolving issues and variances arising from non-payment, short payment, or cash application related to assigned customers. Also responsible for making recommendations to Management regarding the collectability of assigned customers.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
  • Review and research a high volume of transactions, identify the root causes of discrepancies, propose solutions, document issues, and report to management.
  • Applies cash receipts upon receipt and ensures timely and accurate entry and processing.
  • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned portfolio, including but not limited to regular collection calls and correspondence to customers in a fast-paced environment. Monitor and Maintain assigned accounts ( adjustments/refunds, customer reconciliations.)
  • Work with customers and internal employees to pursue and resolve collection matters, including legal collections and troubled status.
  • Ensures compliance with all specific tax requirements for each country.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma/GED required, Associates Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field; and a minimum of 3 years of experience in General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, or Collections is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency working with Great Plains preferred.
