Introducing SBagz LLC, a leading e-commerce retailer specializing in selling brand name products on Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
We are looking for a driven and passionate professional to raise the bar and join our Warehouse department.
Minimum Requirement:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail
- Warehouse Experience
- Prior experience in Inventory management Software
Responsibilities:
- You will be cross-trained to perform all of the daily activities in our receiving, shipping, and inventory control departments. This includes unloading and verifying contents of shipments, scanning products into our inventory software and putting it away, product picking, weighing and properly labeling shipments, and reporting on delivery schedules.
- You will identify receiving discrepancies, monitor on-time deliveries and report shipping delays, perform cycle count audits, reconcile reports to reduce mis-shipments, and examine products for damage at each step of the pick/pack/ship workflow. You will be a problem solver, analyzing and getting to the root of these issues and using your findings to support process improvement.
- We are a digitally focused company, we use RFID scanners, kiosk laptops, and touchscreen handheld devices. We thrive on open communication and use communication tools like Slack and Gmail. You will be someone who is digitally savvy, you are used to using these types of tools and technologies.
- You will have a voice and we want you to use it. Notice something isn’t quite right? Communicate it to the leadership team. If something can be done better, faster, more efficiently than before, we want you to work with your Team Lead to voice your concerns and ideas on how we can improve. You will have the ability to work with team members and leadership on writing new SOPs that will help drive our business forward.
- You will Resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies to assure proper workflow between Warehouse, purchasing and accounts payable.
- You will maintain storage locations by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles and recommending and implementing improvements.
- Run Slow Moving/Obsolete (SLOB) inventory reports
- Establish new operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, packaging, handling and disposition of materials, warehouse inventory control.
