Maintenance Technician for Retirement Community

We are looking to recruit a supervisor of maintenance to become part of out team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, hardworking and have exceptional communication skills. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, kitchen appliances, building systems, and landscape maintenance are required.

Maintenance abilities:

  • Able to work at least 40 hours per week
  • Able to work on weekends as needed
  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Able to safely operate all kinds of equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
