Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.

Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.

Responsibilities :
  • Vacuuming
  • Vacuuming
  • Mopping
  • Bonneting
  • Extraction (wet / dry)
  • Strip & wax floor
  • Carpet spot removal
  • Transport equipment, tools and supplies
  • Move furniture before / after clean

    • Qualifications :

    • Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor / carpet care expertise preferred
    • A drug test will be required
    • 3 years of experience preferred
    • Must pass SBM Background checks, along with Pre employment Drug screening & E-Verify.
    • Floor Care experience and using machinery

    Shift : 5 : 00PM-1 : 30AM

    Compensation : $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
