Responsibility Summary/Job Description
  • Overall management of project
  • Ensure work remains on-target and completed by deadlines.
  • Provide weekly updates to show progress, ask questions
  • Research accounts that have been closed to determine beneficiaries
  • Work with internal associates and external vendors to locate beneficiaries, as necessary
  • Complete and send paperwork to clients as necessary
  • Have conversations with clients and branch teams regarding paperwork, next steps
  • Entering information in systems -address changes, distributions, notes, statement changes,

Team Details
Team of 1
  • Will be working directly with Department Leader and Legal as well as other leaders in Administration, Investments, and Operations.
  • Will have to connect with Trust Officers and Trust Specialists sometimes.

Training
  • EJTC overview (1 week)
  • Basic systems (1 week)
  • Project specific (1-2 weeks)

Location/Building#/Home-Based
St Louis (South CampManchester West/5th floor)

Preferred Work Schedule/Hours 7-4 or 8-5 CT Onsite Tues-Weds-Thurs
Position Requirements Required Qualifications
  • High school degree required. Associate's degree or related professional degree strongly preferred;
  • Minimum 1-year Trust Administration, Legal, Financial Services, or Financial Planning required;
  • Ability to work with varying priorities and direction from multiple parties;
  • Must anticipate needs and next steps of assigned tasks, follow up on and complete work;
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with clients, branch teams, other associates and external stakeholders
  • Organization must be organized and able to set and meet deadlines. Must be able to follow up in appropriate timeframe to internal/external recipients, such as following up on paperwork sent out but not returned.
  • Communication must be able to communicate internally on status updates, questions, issues, etc. Must be able to communicate clearly with clients and branch teams. Must be able to articulate complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Written skills must be able to write clearly and concisely.
