Position Overview: As the Community Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and management of our class-A luxury apartment community. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the property's high standards, optimizing financial performance, and fostering a positive resident and team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the operating budget to achieve financial objectives. Supervise rent collection, ensure accurate record-keeping, and manage expenses effectively.
- Resident Relations: Implement programs to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve designated occupancy goals through effective sales strategies and leasing activities.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity and ensures exceptional service delivery.
- Property Maintenance: Oversee maintenance operations to ensure the physical asset is well-maintained, enhancing curb appeal and resident satisfaction. Schedule necessary improvements and repairs promptly.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Complete all necessary reports accurately and on time.
