SCAD Savannah seeks an experienced, full-time computer services specialist to provide support for all Apple- and Windows-based computer hardware and software. You will also attend internal and external training workshops as needed.
Computer Services Specialist provides support for all Apple and Windows based computer hardware and software utilized by the college.
Position Summary: SCAD Savannah seeks an experienced, full-time computer services specialist to provide support for all Apple- and Windows-based computer hardware and software. You will also attend internal and external training workshops as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training/ or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be familiar with Apple and Windows based hardware and software support.
• Ability to carry/push monitors and CPU’s from office to office.
• Must be willing to attend training workshops internally and externally.
Certificates, licenses and registrations: Valid Driver’s License
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
