Key Responsibilities
- Develop senior-level relationships with various stakeholders within the sales function, including Sales Directors, Modern Trade Heads, and Channel Directors.
- Demonstrate solid experience in selling IT services.
- Take ownership of the business plan, encompassing financial targets, proposal submissions, revenue management, and pipeline oversight.
- Maintain a good functional understanding of IT Services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, which includes expanding business with existing clients and proactively identifying new sales opportunities aligned with client strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, industry heads, and other Growth leaders to ensure leads and client information are effectively communicated and consulted on key activities.
- Build confidence and credibility to engage a wide range of decision influencers.
- Possess demonstrable knowledge of industry trends and adapt Company solutions to address evolving client needs.
- Develop case studies and client testimonials, and present at client and industry events.
- Drive the sales team towards achieving targets, while maintaining visibility of opportunities and risks in the pipeline.
- Negotiate effectively with senior clients by clearly linking the value of Company offerings and solutions to pricing.
- Assume overall accountability for business planning and execution.
- Engage in data analytics to provide consulting services to clients.
- Familiarity with tech stacks such as MicrosoftGo, PowerBI, AWS, Snowflake, GCP, and CHick.
- Experience in client networking and G-Suite client engagement, with strengths in sales generation and post-consultation activities, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within global cross-functional teams while also being capable of focusing on independent projects.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with a big-picture perspective, especially in the rapidly changing landscape of digital media measurement.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to gain client trust, while being accountable for driving measurable results in client business.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in consultative selling and case study development.
