Facilities and Building Maintenance

Position: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Starting at $17 - $18 / hour~
The Facilities and Building Maintenance will involve building maintenance and general groundskeeping of a variety of locations in Idaho and other locations. This role will work primarily outdoor and indoor at in our buildings for repair, construction and even demolition. There will be occasional building maintenance of our warehouses, stores and HQ as well as several other buildings and properties. This is a year-round position with great opportunities for growth. A cleaning driving record is required.

What You Will Do
- Primarily do building maintenance for a variety of properties year-round.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- HVAC maintenance and installation
- Demolition, painting, drywall and bricklaying may be possible
- Plumbing repair and installation from toilets to sinks to bathrooms to water fountains
- Electrical repair / troubleshooting
- Painting and cleaning office, retail, warehouse and outdoor properties
- General handyman duties
- Landscaping, Water management and irrigation when necessary
- Snow removal by snowplow and shoveling
- Maintain all building matters and ensure safety, cleanliness and functionality are key and in place.
- Paint and maintain a clean appearance for retail and commercial properties.
- Wash and clean windows, company cars, vans and trucks as needed.
- Move between different properties in the Boise area with the correct maintenance equipment for the job.
- Manage equipment and ensure that proper maintenance is being performed.
- Perform other special projects or duties when required including and not limited to:
- Landscaping, carpet cleaning, snow and leaf removal, window washing, steaming,
- Snow and Leaf blowers Carpentry skills are a plus
- Window washing equipment
- Occasional warehouse help as needed.
- Perform other special projects or duties as needed.
Who You Are
- Have a valid driver’s license and able to drive to various properties in Boise by truck.
- Able to lift a minimum. of 75 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis safely.
- Comfortable at heights up to 25’.
- Conscientious.

- Excellent communication and customer & colleague focused approach preferred.
- Continuous standing, lifting, bending and twisting.
- Occasional overtime and weekend work and travel to other locations.
- Our positions require successfully completing the pre-employment background check and signing a nondisclosure agreement.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent GED or Associates degree preferred and not required. 1 years work grounds maintenance crew, landscaping or equivalent
