Investor Access Originator

The Investor Access department of Bernstein-Autonomous seeks to hire a highly motivated individual who will excel in a challenging and fast-paced environment, as part of the Origination team, based in midtown Manhattan. Responsibilities: In this role as an Investor Access Originator, you will focus on the generation of global event products for clients of Autonomous Research, the Financials-focused arm of Bernstein Research. In this capacity, you will be positioned as a thought leader for our Access product, driving the team’s mandate to work with internal and external parties to generate ideas that can become premium client-facing Access events, and commercialize them. You will work particularly closely partner with the Execution team within Investor Access, as well as with others in Origination, and also be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with several stakeholder groups, including other Bernstein-Autonomous colleagues, corporates, industry experts, and partners. Qualifications: We are looking for individuals candidates with sharp minds, an interest in financial markets, competitive drive, and team spirit. The ideal candidate should have: A bachelor’s degree Three to ten years of professional experience, preferably in finance Strong analytical skills An interest in research in the Financial Services industry vertical Advanced written and oral communication skills Demonstrated capability in, and passion for, network building A keen attention to detail A positive, can-do attitude The ability to remain calm under pressure The position requires flexible and occasionally long working hours. Employees are required to work from the office for a minimum of three days per week.
