Job Description Department: Warehouse Operations Location: Bessemer, AL Shift: Wed-Sat 2PM to 1AM What you will do: Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned area of responsibility. Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
