Responsibilities include :
- Light equipment and fixture repair
- Golf Cart with Flat Bed
- Pressure washing
- Preventative maintenance of mechanical equipment, doors, emergency lights, irrigation.
- Various janitorial tasks
- Maintenance of pools include vacuuming, cleaning of filtration systems
- Cleaning of the interior and exterior of community facilities and clubhouses, community entries and monuments.Applicants must be skilled mechanically with a strong work ethic and work well with others.
- Picking up debris and trash in and around common grounds, roadways and right-of-ways
- References will be checked.Job Type: Full time
Must have the ability to lift 50lbs without strain. Required experience: * Mechanical and Maintenance: 5 year

- High school or equivalent
