QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Representative or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and concerns effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant online tools
- A customer-centric attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the in-store teams to ensure a smooth transition from plead to customer, providing a seamless onboarding experience
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues or challenges
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to improve our products/services and overall customer experience
- Monitor key customer metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, attrition, and take appropriate actions to meet or exceed targets
- Competitive compensation plan that includes an hourly wage of $13/hour
- Tip share for two store locations
- Monthly bonuses based on Scenter performance
