ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for enhancing relationships, as well as driving customer satisfaction and retention of our new and existing customers for our two store locations in Austin.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a goal-oriented team member who has a passion for consultative sales and customer service. A successful Customer Success Representative is outgoing, self-motivated, and a compassionate dog lover. They are also an independent problem solver, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Representative or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and concerns effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant online tools
  • A customer-centric attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the in-store teams to ensure a smooth transition from plead to customer, providing a seamless onboarding experience
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues or challenges
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to improve our products/services and overall customer experience
  • Monitor key customer metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, attrition, and take appropriate actions to meet or exceed targets
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • Competitive compensation plan that includes an hourly wage of $13/hour
  • Tip share for two store locations
  • Monthly bonuses based on Scenter performance
