What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Painter position at Schaper Company?
Schaper Company is currently seeking full time experienced painters and helpers ready and available to work right away in the Bay Area and out of town!
Requirements and Preferences:
- Must have previous 1-2 years commercial and industrial painting experience to be considered.
- Must be able to work overnight/graveyard shift, overtime 10 hour shifts, weekends, and some holidays.
- Must have a VALID Drivers License and Personal Work Vehicle (truck preferred)
- Must have all your personal tools, harness and boom certificates. If you are not certified on lift equipment, we will train and certify you.
- Must have knowledge on exterior coatings.
- Knowledge of a variety of lift types such as scissor lifts, knuckle booms, booms with attached jib, etc.
- Know how to operate and maintain various spray machines, electrical and gas powered. (we provide spray machines)
