Position Summary: To provide expert organization, clear communication, and prompt support to commercial clients per company standards. The purpose of this position is to provide top-quality client experience, increase client base, sell service agreements, and ensure that agreed upon work is being appropriately accomplished.


Employment Type: Full Time


Compensation: $45,000 to $105,000 [Salary & Commission]


General Qualifications needed for this position:

  • High personal integrity

  • Professional appearance required
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Must be able to be honest, no matter what
  • Motivated work ethic
  • Desire to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Technical Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate multiple computer softwares
  • Be familiar with commercial HVAC concepts
  • Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
  • Must have at least some sales experience or schooling
  • Invoicing and estimating experience/training
  • Critical thinking skills

Schedule:

  • Flexible Schedule Management
  • Monday through Friday
  • Salary based on 45 hours average per week
  • Saturday, if needed
