Our award winning dealership is looking for for an Automotive Service Department BDC Representative. As a member of our Service BDC team, you’ll be responsible for handling service department calls emails and leads and maintain a quality relationship with our current customer base.

Responsibilities of a FULL TIME BDC SERVICE REP:
- Take incoming service calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Follow-up on all leads
- Serve as liaison between the service department and customers (contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times, etc.)
- Inform customers of rental car rental policies and guidelines
- Complete paperwork for all rental/loaner cars, maintain a written log of all dispatch activities, other administrative duties as required
- Get customers in our service department
Requirements of a FULL TIME BDC SERVICE REP:
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Car rental company experience a plus
- Car dealership experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- We are a drug free environment
