Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include a full financial spectrum including profit and loss statements, general ledger accounts and general bookkeeping
• Data enter invoices for new store expenses
• Record and track company leases to maintain compliance with lease accounting standards
• Working with the accounting team to continue to grow for the future
• Proficient in excel with a strong ability to research, collect, and export data
• Demonstrates strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Be professional in appearance and attitude; contribute to a positive team atmosphere by treating others with respect and consideration while taking pride in being part of a winning team
• Maintain orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas
• Perform work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work assigned schedule which is typically Monday through Friday day time hours, but may include some evening or weekend hours as needed
• Task orientated and can prioritize job duties in order of importance
• Assist with all other duties assigned

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university, one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
