NetSuite Administrator

Overview:

The NetSuite Administrator will be a part of the IT team and work closely with the accounting team to streamline process improvements in the accounting system.

Responsibilities:

• Technical and system administration: This includes configuration, integration, and maintenance of NetSuite and other third-party business applications
• User support: This includes providing training, meeting user requirements, and resolving user issues
• Process definition: This includes collaborating with team members and external development teams to define processes within NetSuite
• Customization: This includes developing, testing, and deploying customizations, custom objects, third-party tools, and new NetSuite modules based on business needs
• Workflow optimization: This includes configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the software to streamline workflow
• System documentation: This includes providing system documentation and training materials
• Data audits: This includes performing regular data audits and checking error logs
• Project status communication: This includes clearly communicating project status to key stakeholders

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, 1-2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
