Position: Conversion Crew

Job Description:

As a member of our Arena Conversion Crew, you will play a crucial role in the setup and tear down of various events. Your skills will be put to the test as you convert our arena into captivating environments that fulfill the unique requirements of each event. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes of exciting events and showcase your creativity and technical expertise.

Examples of tasks include:

• Assembling our Floor/Decking onto the Ice
• Installing and Dismantling Plexi-Glass Barriers
• Setting up Concert Stages
• Moving/Stacking Various Equipment
• And More!

Requirements:

• Previous experience in arena conversion, event setup, stage production, or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of various technical equipment used in event arenas preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and follow instructions.
• Physical strength and endurance to handle heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Flexibility with working hours and willingness work until the job is done.
• Safety-conscious attitude and understanding of workplace safety.
• A passion for events and the desire to contribute to unforgettable experiences.

Compensation:

Part Time position starting at $18/hour *Approximately 10-20 hours available per week

*Hours are not guaranteed each week and are reliant on the Arena's Scheduled Events
