Responsibilities:
Footwear Backstock's:
- Address and maintain organization of all fixtures, fixturing, and sign holders
- Maintain aisles for associates to walk down
- Daily walk through each day. Empty cardboard boxes/ sweep floors, look for organization needs, filling needs, and inventory control
- Address organization needs, filling needs, study sell through trends and patterns by shops/ products
Freight/ Warehouse:
- Facilitate freight from the freight room to its final destination
- Organize and prioritize each shipment and transport to the store. Driving Scheels vehicles and maintaining a driving record acceptable to be a Scheels approved driver
- Understanding and participating in the footwear freight process daily. Including updating warehouse inventory
- Consistently checking the freight room throughout the day for any product that needs attention
- Coordinate with the support team for assistance if an area receives a larger quantity of freight
Miscellaneous:
- Organization of Freight- Backstock and Warehouse
- Scan in and pull items going in and out of the office warehouse to maintain an accurate inventory

Education & Experience:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of a High School diploma, or General Education Degree (GED), one to three months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must posses clean, valid driver's license and be an approved driver through the DOT and Scheels Driving Standards
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Very heavy work – Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Schedule:
Must be available to work assigned schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, and holidays as needed. Average hours/week are 41 hours/week.
Salary Range:
$18/ Hour plus discounts on store purchases
