Overview
The HR Systems Lead will be responsible for leading the development, administration and maintenance of the company's core HRIS and people system processes in a manner that supports the company's human resources strategic objectives and insures that the company manages its human resource information in compliance with all internal and governmental requirements and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations and employee population in order to oversee the company's core HRIS in a manner that complements and supports the company's overall human resource objectives and operations.
- Manage the set-up, development and integration of components of the core HR system including all interfaces with external vendors and the Payroll system.
- Lead the data integrity initiatives related to the core HR system including data entry, auditing, running queries and analyzing data.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train new system users on processes/functionality.
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
- Serve as project team member/leader on all HRIS related projects coordinating the activity of internal resources; HR, IT, Finance, Payroll etc. and external consultants.
- Develop strong lines of communication across the company's human resource, financial and information systems groups to insure that all key interest groups are aware of the status of HRIS projects, upgrades, etc.
- Maintain an awareness of changes in government requirements and regulations as they impact human resource information and record keeping, insuring that the company's systems are always in compliance.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field/discipline (ie: HRIS, information systems).
- 5 - 7 Years HRIS experience.
- HRIS experience with ADP Enterprise, SAP and Success Factors.
- Strong experience/understanding of position management.
- Strong business orientation combined with excellent information technology knowledge in order to interface effectively across both the business and IT communities
- Excellent understanding of government requirements and regulations as they impact human resource record keeping and HRIS systems.
- Strong functional knowledge across all key human resource disciplines.
- Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement practices.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-national organization preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, evidencing the ability to influence and direct resources for which one does not have direct supervisory control.
