IT Administrator – Manchester, NH
In this role you will provide company implementation, maintenance and support pertaining to all information and telecom systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering and maintaining all components (hardware and software) of the Company’s information systems, including LAN, WAN, VPN, network operating systems, servers, and e-mail applications, desktop and laptop computers, printers and other peripherals
- Preserves integrity, security, and efficiency of Schleuniger’s information systems (security, back-ups, anti-virus, branch office and remote user connectivity, implementation/maintenance of appropriate hardware and software)
- Supports all employees with computer hardware and software issues, with highest level of customer service
- Ensures proper documentation and compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintenance and administration of the Company’s telecommunications systems
- Provides computer-related training to employees individually and in groups, as required.
- Other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, working in the office at our Manchester, NH location.
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum two years IT experience and AS Degree in technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Must have experience with Windows 10, and basic domain network knowledge.
- Demonstrated expertise in the following areas preferred: Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, SQL Server, TCP/IP, Virtual Private Networks, telecommunications technologies.
- Individual must be detail-oriented, with the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills required.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours on occasion.
